Unless you've got no money, or are otherwise occupied, there's no excuse for not going -
does make me think of a Frank Black (ex-Pixies guy) quote where he says "I can't help it that people's taste sucks". Good explanation why some boyband will sell out an arena up the road while the greatest singer-songwriter plays to a lucky, faithful, but relatively small crowd.
Rest assured any gig-goers not at the show will be having less of a good time than those who will be attending the Ginger gig! Not that they'd know it. Ignorance is bliss sometimes, at others it's unforgivable.
I say no matter what the attendance for the show that you go to, do your damnedest to remind the band that YOU have come to have a good time, and you WILL have a good time.
The rest is in their hands. And you and your evening will be in good hands!
