I love it when you're listening to a tune, and the riff just does a 180 degree turn on itself and changes everything... even though it's the same song..
(Most recent example would be "Drinking in the daytime", but I'm sure you know what I mean..)
...And you just think... "Fucking hell that rocks. Why can't more 'artists' do that kind of exciting, adventurous stuff instead of the same old crap?"
...And then you realise that the guy also wrote a song about this very subject, in which he says "...just play the bastard anyway."
Amen to that.
Hope he gets some appreciation in this lifetime.
