We all have "Live Begins at 40" but it's just half the show. It's such a killer lineup of songs that I have to ask - what is the 2nd half setlist like?

The cd wasn't really one half of the show, if that's what you mean? It was more like the ten best tracks.

The setlist ran :-

1st Set
1. Intro - Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads
2. Cars And Vaginas
3. Bang!
4. The People That Life Forgot
5. Beautiful Me, Beautiful You
6. Bad Time To Be Having A Bad Time
7. It's All Up To Me
8. Monkey Zoo
9. Happy Birthday
10. Hate The World Day

2nd Set
1. Better Than Cable
2. Bum My Arse (Peaches)
3. Anyway But Maybe
4. You Got To Get Through What You've Got To Go Through To Get What You Want, But You Got To Know What You Want To Get Through What You Got To Go Through
5. Friend For Five Minutes
6. Mindslide
7. Nurse Maximum
8. Urge
9. Loveshit
10. Animals (Honeycrack)
11. We Love U (Grand Theft Audio)
12. He's A Whore
13. Getting It

Ginger has said that he'll release the whole thing sometime.

From the last Ask Ginger (on the Myspaz)

Owen asks

how come on half the songs from your 40th birthday party were released, and do you plan to release the other half?

We were limited for time and the other tracks would have taken longer to mix as they contained mistakes and glitches. What you have are the songs that sounded most 'finished' on tape. The rest will be available soon as a 'full show' recording.

Thanks for that.

So from Ginger's reply, would you say that means he'll release a 12-track disc that contains the unreleased songs, manipulated to sound like they are in order, or a complete re-release with all the tracks in order?

Hopefully it sounds like he means he's planning a rip-off, erm, homage to Cheap Trick at Budokan: The Complete Concert.

But to be honest, I'll be pretty happy if he just releases the other tracks. I can always do a bit of creative re-editing. :D

Yeah, I'd probably be happier getting it all as one unedited show. I could probably dump off the one-disc version on eBay and make a decent amount.

Well done, I wondered who'd be the first to spot that...

Hmmm, yes, it's on the other list I have but apparently I forgot to transfer it over.
