As far as I know the whole setlist was recorded, but only the stuff on Live Begins at 40 has been released so far. I think there's a bootleg or two out there though?

In no particular order, as so far no-one seems to have remembered it, was :-
  • Loveshit
  • Urge
  • Nurse Maximum
  • Animals (Honeycrack)
  • He's A Whore
  • Bad Time To Be Having A Bad Time
  • Anyway But Maybe
  • Getting It
  • Bang!
  • You Got To Get Through What You've Got To Go Through 'Til You Get What You Want...
  • Cars And Vaginas
  • Beautiful Me, Beautiful You
  • Hate The World Day
  • Mindslide
  • Friend For Five Minutes
  • Better Than Cable
  • Monkey Zoo
  • It's All Up To Me
  • The People That Life Forgot
  • We Love You (Grand Theft Audio)

I'd have thought so - it seems to be a pretty popular request whether you were there on the night or not.

Still holding out for the other 10 tracks, in a Cheap Trick at Budokan: The Complete Concert stylee. :)

There is a 2CD bootleg available from http://www.wildheartsbootlegs.co.uk, but even that isn't the full show. The tracklisting is:

2. Cars And Vaginas
3. Talking
4. Bang!
5. The People That Life Forgot
6. Beautiful Me, Beautiful You
7. Talking
8. Bad Time To Be Having A Bad Time
9. It's All Up To Me
10. Monkey Zoo
11. Happy Birthday
12. Hate The World Day

CD2:
1. Better Than Cable
2. Bum My Arse (Peaches)
3. Anyway But Maybe
4. You Got To Get Through What You've Got To Go Through To Get What You Want, But You Got To Know What You Want To Get Through What You Got To Go Through
5. Friend For Five Minutes
6. Mindslide
7. Nurse Maximum
8. Urge
9. Loveshit (Cut short)

I don't know if there's a complete version out there anywhere

the orders not quite right either, i was at the birthday gig at the Marquee and i'm pretty sure Nurse maximum and urge were in the first set, and the second set closed with Getting it
