Hi

Been a while since I posted, but has anyone heard anything about bringing your own percussion to the shows and joining Ginger on stage?

Seetickets newsletter this morning included this:
"GINGER
Wildhearts frontman hits the Marrs Bar on a long overdue acoustic tour. Ginger will be inviting people on stage to take part in percussion, so bring your own percussion and join in the show!"

Sounds like it could be interesting...

Yup Ive just had a message on myspace about it apparently the Nottingham show's being promoted heavily for this percussion thing,
I for one will be bringing my maracas (fnarr fnarr) and anything else that makes a noise when i shake or hit it but somehow I dont think punching DaveJnick in the arm making him go "OOOWWWWW" is exactly what her means, either way I'll be having fun.

I dunno, you could get a whole line of people to punch in the arm to go OWWWWWW in different pitches, an homage to the Muppet show muppaphone sketch if you like...

Christ I'm showing my age now.
I know where my coat is, thankyouverymuch

Don't worry about it Tru I remember it aswell, although not first time round but I'm not that much younger, ut I do have the muppet boxet.

How about instead of having a line up of people to punch how about getting DaveJNick to stand there and have a line up of people to punch HIM in different forces, the harder the punch the louder and higher the voice goes.

I wanted to buy some Maracas and at the end try and get Ginger to sign them, bringing my own pen of course, but I'm due to pop out a baby two days before.

Gutted, was tempted to go just to freak people out, but don't want the baby to be born in Manchester cos the dad is a Liverpool fan and would kill me lol

Lol it's relly not worth the risk, not to mention the fact that he does look like a really big baby himself who got at the make up bag.
