i think resoundingly so......despite the newcastle glitch which actually showed how much G and the band were loving the tour by the way they handled the situation
despite the misgivings of certain reviews i thought the solo material only set was a great success and the new material augurs well for the future
any views on highlights?mine is just seeing a class band perform...which is the only reason i go to gigs.....strange we aint heard how Belfast went though
roll on the next tour

I only saw the London show but I thoroughly enjoyed the gig. The band have great chemistry and i think the setlist worked well with them playing a lot of the highlights of the solo albums.

the band were great, the sound was rubbish...Jases guitar sounded awful in places, was breaking up and distorting all ove rthe place
still thoroughly enjoyed it though,
second time I'd seen laika dog and they were great too

Only went to Dudley, but highlights for me were meeting the man himself and the band were very tight, oh yeah and SG5 songs.

Don't dwell on it unduly. They had a lot of trouble with vocals in Newport, and looking at the video of subsequent dates, they got much better. By GInger's own admission, the first date of a tour always belongs to a band, not the fans.

Still definitely a resounding success of a tour though, yes, and I can't wait for the album with this line-up.
