Fuck me, which calendar are you working to???????

I thought there was less than 2 weeks to go when you posted that????? :D :D :D :D

The Aussie calendar unfortunately - though fingers crossed, Fading Ways will work their usual magic and send it off a whisker early

Wouldn't HMV Japan get it to you quicker? After all it's out a few days earlier there - or it was, I've heard nothing to the contrary so far.

Up until now, I have always regarded the Almighty's "Crank" to be the most extreme hard rock release. Having heard clips and read what's being written about this album, I'm thinking that "Crank" is soon to be dethroned.

"Crank" is up there with my favourite albums of all time, but I have a feeling that this one is going to chew it up, spit it out, and then piss all over what's left.

Or something like that.
How dare you!

a bold statement - crank is one of my all time favourites, although at the time i loved powertrippin and was scared to buy crank! i can't think of where else i've heard such anger & energy on one cd, i hope the new 'hearts cd will rank at least as high for me :)

That is a class review! Sounds like, come the end of the year, the wildhearts are in with a shout with getting an album of the year or something...that might pull in a few new fans as well! If rock sound have got it to review, wonder if it'll be in kerrang next week?

Yeah, being reliant on paypal (That is, not having a credit card) FW has been my default store for a while now - most Japanese places seemed to need credit cards whenever I looked so I stopped checking, but I have just discovered cdjapan, which does take paypal (thank god). Next time I have the cash to spare, I might just order the japan version of the album too
