Gnngggh. Too much alcohol and not enough food. Ngfgh.

Bit of a weird setlist. Would've liked a few more new tracks.. Have had Bi-Polar Baby in my head for a few weeks, so that would've been good. And was a shame Sky Babies didn't appear, as Ginger had been hinting they'd start to play it again.

But as ever, bloody good gig. God bless the WH. :)

Pah, young 'uns. Some good photos, though. Camera phones do indeed have their uses.

(And.. 'cheeky people'? So much for saying that I'm crap at swearing. :P)

Some of the blurs I got were pretty impressive, I had no idea I was so talented. Slightly disappointed that I didn't manage to take one of my thumb.

Respect your elders an all that. I wouldn't want to offend you with my coarse language :)

Just wanna say thanks to Kissmybass for showing us round Manchester.

We had a wild night, hitting The Salisbury first, then Grand Central
Didn't see anyone else, must have missed everyone before hand.

Gig was great, set-list was I suppose geared for new fans, and not us long term Wlidies that know all the songs.

Was it just me or was the PA shit?

Got home around 1-15 (bloody trains!)

Had a great night, Roll on Blackpool

Hrm. I popped in the Salisbury and Grand Central and couldn't see anyone looking like they were messageboard people. And yeah, PA wasn't superb, but I've heard worse. And Blackpool - bah, lucky people. *mumble*

That was such a good gig last night, I was so damn hot. Soaked to the bone. I didn't get back home til 2am, bloody knackered now. Well looking forward to Riff in Blackpool!

Wow! That's a pretty big room! (I went to Uni there and know it well)

Sounds like Bristol had one of the smallest attendances so far, which surprises me lots. It was still great though.

yeah, it IS a fair sized room isn't it? We were stood almost at the back, and were still squished. it was MAD. I've never seen it so full.. not even for the flogging molly gig couple of months ago which was apparenty sold out. mental.

Incidentally, did anyone find the aftershow party? Got flyers for it outside, and found the Jabez Clegg, which was pretty empty. Was there a secret entrance somewhere? *ponder*

See, i know there definately WAS an aftershow cos we were invited... but we wimped out (well *I* wimped out!) cos I was too tired and achy!! Doubt it would have been in that place they were giving out flyers for tho - it would have either been in big hands or the bar under the uni where the last one was.

I'm sure I heard Ginger say something like 'See you in portsmouth road' or whatever at the end of the gig. I might just be making that up cause I think my ears had given up by that point, but that place was on portsmouth road or wherever so it might've been there.

I still think we wandered into the wrong place. If we had stood at the bit under the right sign with the queue we would've got it right but where we went there was no entrance fee and the flyer said £2 to enter. Or something like that.
