I was wondering who came up with the smileybones design in the first place and who made Ginger's smileybones guitar for him?

Theres a video on youtube of "Love U Til I Dont" from Monsters of Rock Castle Donnington 1994 where you play an extra long middle section. Any chance of bringing this version back at some point?
