Has anyone heard Unbroken yet as there are several promo copies about?

And am I right in thinking Zen Requiem still hasn't made an appearance yet? (except the Wolves show debut)

I imagine then that Zen Requiem doesn't have the right sound for the new single. The New Flesh and Oh Bonita are quite upbeat so I guess Unbroken will be as well.

I seem to recall people who reviewed Wolves saying Zen Requiem was quite downbeat.

From what I remember, it was a bit of a mid-tempo ditty with a less than cheery subject matter, so you've probably got a point. Although they've never really shied away from mixing it up a bit with the b-sides.

It might just be that to include Zen Requiem would mean a second cd (and extra production costs) and another song for the second b-side (no opportunity to record one? - and it's a long way for Scott to fly just to record one song)

AND...

It also looks like all the tracks on the single will be available thru Amazon's new MP3 download service for 89 cents each. I only need the 1 unreleased b-side, so that's the route I'm takin' .

I've resolved to buy every release of The Wildhearts I possibly can, with special emphasis on keeping up with new releases. I will be buying this. I still have to get the non-Japan edition of TW07 though.

I just got a promo copy of New Flesh and the b-sides are great.
Unborken reminds of an AD/DC style riff, nice and meaty, classic!
Oh, Bonita! is very catchy, the differing volumes of riffing took a little to get used to though.

I really hope the CD charts well.
