Were you wearing glasses? I think I was stood in front of you for a fair bit. In fact you may be in my video.

If that's you, I also have some lovely photos of the back of your head.

god thats is really scarey, i had to ask the wife if i put on someones specs on sat cus that really looks like me but i don't wear glasses

speaking of glasses, some poor girl near me got hers smashed by the pit around the time of caffeine bomb. i felt really sorry for her - it clearly spoilt her night, she was singing everything until then and was just a bystander to the pit. to be fair the guys in the pit did try and find them for her ( which must have looked weird from the balcony!?) but when they did they were smashed to fuck.

oh, and ean i think i saw you - were you kind of milling around in the centre of downstairs during the lights on, are they gonna do an encore or not bit? with a young lady conga style?
why do i have to ignore you to get your attention?

Er, pass? I was by the barrier on Scott's side until the lights came back on, and then there was a sort of impromptu LiSTEE meeting in the middle of the floor after everybody else had left.

Sounds like somebody was having fun though. 8)

What did the young lady look like?

Nice to see Caffeine Bomb in the latter part too - I've not upgraded my original Earth Vs so it'd be odd for me to hear it in the 'wrong place' (no idea where they even put it on the reissue). And 29X to close, just perfect, will never get tired of that song, especially with a 2000-strong backing choir. I wonder how many they'll still be playing at Hammersmith.

*anorak mode* It goes between Shame On Me and Loveshit.

Hopefully they'll have spotted the small hint that the B-Sides go down quite well and keep some of them in. :D

Well They've played bloody LTD almost every time I've seen them in the last few years! I mean, come on! It's ok but there are much better songs.

To be honest, there are so many great songs for them to play I think I'll always wish they'd have played something that hadn't..

I'm willing to bet that it hasn't been played since Jon was replaced.

And even before then.

Although I would pause before ever betting against you in any WH related wager Mr Ean, I thought they played it at both Riffs and Rock City when I saw them last year. I could be wrong however. Why do you mention Jon? Just as a time ref or for another reason? From what I recall this tune was penned by CJ. Which is one of the reasons I assumed the played it so much.

I have nothing against those with myopic tendencies however surely common sense would dictate that you would either wear contacts or just squint when confronted with a mosh pit....

Ah, you'll be after O.C.D. then. L.T.D. is the one that Jon wrote.

I don't think that's ever been played by a full WH, but you're right about O.C.D. getting fairly regular airings.

The only time I've seen it played was at Bedford Esquires as part of a Ginger acoustic gig. Jon had the lyrics written on a piece of paper and Ginger introduced it along the lines of "one of the most spasticated peices of music ever written". This was before it appeared as a b-side, and I'm guessing fairly soon after it was written.

If it was me, then it wasn't Tiggie (and, indeed, vice versa). I lost nearly everybody after the Merch queue and I didn't see or talk to her much once we were inside the venue.

Or outside of it for that matter. Sorry Tiggie. :(

It was Tony who eventually rescued that girl's glasses off the floor, everyone was looking in the middle but I think they'd been kicked off to the side. They were in a pretty bad way.
