In another note, seen the big full page advert in rocksound today for the tour, fuck me it's horrendous looking I mean I don't think they could have put it together more shoddily graphically wise, i'd have happily made something far better for free.

Yep, theres not really anything wrong with how its layed out, its just a bit, poorly executed. If I submitted that as college work I would not pass. If you goto the wildhearts myspace and look in photos you can see the one i put together then the dates first got announced.

I have to admit, I'd probably have stuck with the monochrome theme of the album, and I'm not sure whether smileybones really fits.

Yeah It would have been nice to just have the album art work with the dates below it. This one looks too much like smileybones for smileybones sake.

In my defense I did that poster before I knew about the album art and could get my hands on a nice hires version of it or a vector. =P
