It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they played a brand new song.

I'd also like to hear Unbroken again as the set starter.

Maybe, just maybe they might even play Two-Way Idiot Mirror again, if I shout really really loud for it but i doubt they will be playing a lot of Earth Vs era stuff as they will have got that out of their system by December.

I reckon a good split between the last album and the covers, they surely picked those songs because they wanted to play them live, In fact the brand new songs could maybe be new covers from the rumoured Vol 2 of Stop.........(technically they wouldn't be brand new but you know what i mean)

I'd like to see a totally new kinda show where most of the old standards are ditched. The latest album (not the covers) was the strongest thing they've released in years so i'd like to see a majority of that played with a few covers sprinkled about the set.

Then keep some of the rare old tunes (two-way idiot mirror etc) for older die hard fans during the encore. It's time for a more re-invigorated set list me thinks.

The set at Download was chosen perfectly, pray for that same vibe, just more of it!

I remember Ginger saying that the band aren't writing their own set lists any more they're letting the techs pick what they play, which I guess is why they're coming across so 'crowd pleasing.'

The most recent set list will we have to go on is from Madird in October, and it kinda supports my argument . . .

VANILLA RADIO
CAFFEINE BOMB
EVERLONE
SUCKERPUNCH
SICK OF DRUGS
REVOLUTION WILL BE TELEVISED
ROOTING FOR THE BAD GUY
CARMELITA
SHAME ON ME
SOMEONE THAT WON'T LET ME GO
I WANNA GO WHERE THE PEOPLE GO

LOST HIGHWAY (with Jason Rigenberg)
WHITE LIES (with Jason Rigenberg)

29 X THE PAIN

We gotta assume Jason won't be about in December, so I'd imagine they'l be doing something fairly similar, but with the first encore replaced by Shitsville / Stormy / Headfuck or maybe a couple of other covers or EN tracks.

I kinda think that since there's been no official cancellation, Inner City Overture's looking like pretty much a certainty, as well.

Just my 2 cents.

Oh, and if any of the techs are reading this, we'd like Nexus Icon please =)
