Anyone going for pre-gig drinks before Koko and don't mind a Northerner joining them for a few let me know!

Cheers all!

I'll meet you if you don't mind.

Purple Turtle just across/to the left of Koko would be a safe(ish) bet.

My mate suggested there to me too. Close to the venue and the station, and it's a rock pub so it's possible it won't be packed with people watching footy?

I've not been there for years, but as i recall they don't have footy on there as a rule. However, it's only intermittently a rock club - i once had the misfortune to go to a mate's partyu there when the music was (i was informed) hard house (whatever it was, it was shite). So be prepared to have to up sticks .
Having said that, I am also planning to arrive there pre-gig for a snifter or two. so see you there!

Excellent! I shall be there with bells on!

Well, maybe not bells, but I'll probably be wearing an Almighty t-shirt. (I wore a Wildhearts t-shirt to go and see The Almighty, so it only seems fair to return the favour!)

Looking forward to it!

Fair point. On the other hand, the Moon Under Water wasn't in any sense a rock pub... until we got there and hijacked the place before the birthday gig.

i'm torn between the wildies drinks and going to the arsenal game. hmmmm...wanna get into the gig early to see sign.

did i read somewhere that there might be some in-store appearances by the wildies on the tour....if there was something like that in camden on the sunday, we could all go to that and then go to the pub en masse...heh, whose round is it first then? that'll be a thousand pints please barman

I wouldn't mind joining any of you in Loondon - the Mrs can't make it and I don't fancy going in on my lonsome.

Oh, I'm a new board member - lurking for a while. Hello!
