I dont see any difference from the previous page? Only trouble with MySpace is that it alienates those of us who are not part of the MySpace community...unless of course I'm missing something.

I know what you mean, but the same was said when this chat room was set up, when load of use were still using the yahoo list.
Myspazz is the latest "thing" so you might have to bite the bullet if you want to stay with the crowd.

Myspace isnt so bad, it's a great way of keeping upto date with what your favourite bands are upto.
And my son has just had a reply from a message he sent to Bowling for Soup from Myspace so it gets the thumbs up from us! lol

Well, Ginger looks at myspace as another valuable internet tool, a way of getting the band to the next generation, there's no harm in that.
And the difference between the new myspace and the old myspace is this is run by the wildhearts camp. Besides, whether there's one myspace or ten myspaces, it all contributes to getting the word out to the masses!

Dont get me wrong, I'm not critising. Any media that bring the attention of the band to the masses is great. I recall the days however when a simple email could be sent to the band members...quite often you'd get a response as well...which is nice. MySpace just seems to be a bit flakey for want of a better word.

The band members usually reply to most messages on myspace too....it's just becoming a member that's a faff but once you've done that its a great way of keeping in touch.

Oh no - not
another 'official' Wildhearts MySpace page? It all gets a bit confusing and I'm sure people get fed up of having to add yet another Wildhearts MySpace every six months...
Still, it is a useful promotional tool and it's free. I know Ginger is a big believer in it.

There have only been two wildhearts myspaces, the new one is the old one!
Confusing? NAH!
This most recent one is the best URL to have if someone new is looking for the band. It's the URL that belonged to the one started by Sammy Andrews that sat for a year because someone lost the passwords. Myspace finally coughed up the URL and the band got it back under their control.
But can we really have too many wildhearts/ginger/soniccircus pages? I think all of them are different enough that each has it's own merits.

So this is the new Official official one then?
Does that mean there will be up-to-date info and interviews etc?
