In the Rooting for the Bay Guy song it refers to Falcon Eddie in the first line, but who the hell is Falcon Eddie?
I have an idea, but I need to know who Falcon Eddie is first.
HELP!

He's either an Elvis impersonator from St Louis in the states

or he's a character on that god awful Kirsty Alley comedy Fat Actress

or hes a character form the video game Ripper, if its this one (and my money says it is) I never realised Ginger was into video games

or it might even have been something do with Wizzard album Eddie and The Falcons which was a bit like the Beatles Sgt Peppers in the ay they where both concept albums about fictional bands

in other words i dont have a fucking clue.

I heard it as Falconetti (see http://www.williamsmith.org/rmpm.html ) - which would make more sense in a villainous kind of way - maybe it's a mistake in the lyric booklet?

My old man tells me he was in a TV series about three brothers, one of which, Falcon Eddie, was a real bad guy. I can't remember the name of the series though.

A quick cross refernce on Google throws this up;

From Rich Man, Poor Man, played by William Smith, the evil Falconetti is one of the most memorable villains in television history.

I took the lyrics from This Thread
