I know this was probably talked about, but what are the Jap bonus tracks and are they any good? Will they show up elsewhere?

They are the bizarrely titlted "So The Spencers Can Poke Out", which is a short instrumental based on a part of "Rooting For The Bad Guy", and "Oh Bonita" which is poptastic and has its own thread somewhere...
