is this the amazing bargain i think it might be...?

i've just been perusing the japanese amazon site for wildhearts goodies, and found this:

http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%82%B6%E3%83%BB%E3%83%99%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88%E3%83%BB%E3%82%AA%E3%83%96%E3%83%BB%E3%83%AF%E3%82%A4%E3%83%AB%E3%83%89%E3%83%8F%E3%83%BC%E3%83%84-%E3%83%AF%E3%82%A4%E3%83%AB%E3%83%89%E3%83%8F%E3%83%BC%E3%83%84/dp/B00000762K/ref=pd_bbs_2/249-6718072-3243552?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1192886599&sr=8-2

now, despite the obviously wrong artwork, i put the tracklisting through a japanese translator and the loose translations i got pointed to the fact that this product is in fact the double-disc japanese best of!!!

going through the new and used section, i found a "used - good" quality one which will actually ship to england, for 2080 yen (inc. the shipping), which according to a currency calculator thing i found, is about 8 quid.

i just wanted to know if anyone knows why the artwork's wrong? have i just ordered a bootleg or something? i mean, for 8 quid, i'm not too bothered, but still, if anyone can shed any light on this, it'd be greatly appreciated!

really? well that's a good sign, thanks for the info... and having browsed amazon.jp a little further, it seems there's several cases of different artwork being uploaded...

i'm thinking it probably is what i thought then. which means i've just paid £8-something for the jap best of, which is currently up for 30-odd quid on the UK amazon. i'm well chuffed now!!!

BTW, if anyone else wants a copy, the one i just ordered was one of about 15 on sale, most of which are at reasonable prices, some are even new if you're willing to pay the equivalent of about 15 quid. it's just a case of repeatedly filling in your shipping address on different ones until you find one that'll ship to the UK.

I ordered it from the exact same place and yeah its the proper thing . A real good bargin , I might have paid a bit more on the shipping but it was still really cheap. But all its doing is sitting on my shelf and looking nice. :)

nice one! well i got the email today saying it's been dispatched, so its all good! the description said its a little bit scratched but still plays fine, which should be okay, as it'll get the same treatment all my cds get nowadays - ripped straight onto my harddrive and then left in one of my cd racks until i feel the need to have another read of the liner notes!
