I have a friend who is on very close speaking terms with the former members of the band KIX, who are based in Northern Maryland in the US. KIX does a small reunion tour every Fall and my friend said she's going to try to get Steve (of KIX) in touch with Ginger and the guys about putting The Wildhearts on the bill for this year's tour.

A lot of you guys don't know who KIX is, but Ginger is a huge fan and so am I... and if there were to be a KIX/Wildhearts show or tour, it would literally be my dream concert, as the two bands are my first and second favorite bands in the universe.

I'd go to that in a heartbeat. It's not the kind of thing I'm gonna hold my breath for, for it to all come together... but man, would that be sweet.

I would go too.... but only for The Wildhearts. I remember Kix from the '80's .......... & I am afraid I can't stand them. Well more the singer's voice actually. It just grates after a while. A bit too whiney for me. Supposed to be good live though from what I've heard.

Big KIX fan...that would be a great show. I know they usually only play the Northeast part of the US, though. I might travel for that gig...

How on earth did Vix get them to be her backing band?
