I'll be there if I can pursuade my mate...

Anyone know how much it is to get in? Site is playing up. Do you have to pay for the full 4 days or can you just go...for instance...saturday and sunday (just for the wildhearts and to see a bit of what the festival is about? )

every time ive been ive had a weekend pass, its like £50-60 something like that.

but, i think you can buy day tickets but i think they are like £30 each (not 100% sure on that), so its best to buy the full weekend pass,

if you have never been to the bulldog, you should go, its grand!

IS THE SITE PLAYING UP FOR ANYONE ELSE, ITS REDIRECTING ME TO A HEALTH AND FITNESS SITE

It sounds brilliant, I've always wanted to go but could never get anyone to come with me, as soon as you mention the words "hells angels" people tend to get put off  (believing everything they read)

Would anyone recommend against or for taking young kids to the weekend? (ages 7 and 9)

You can't get day tickets for the bash - only weekend passes. But, as posted above, it's only £50 or so for the whole weekend.

There's plenty to do, and there are loads of kids who go there.

I can't wait to go this year, it's gonna be a fantastic weekend! That is, unless you're at a wedding and have to put up with constant texts about seeing The Wildhearts! lol

I can't access the web site at all at the moment... I've always fancied the 'Bash' and maybe this is the year! I've looked tons of times but the site has either been down or looked like it should be!

Just need a few more details, but the thought of a cheaper weekend than the other festivals to see the Wildhearts with a few other things chucked in is promising.

I live about 20 miles from Stratford, and the local news the other day said that police are appealing against the licence application as they are worried about reprisals following the murder of Gerry Tobin last year.

Then saw last night that Rock & Blues in Derbyshire has had it's licence turned down on the same grounds.

Just a warning to perhaps hold on buying tickets until it gets the licence (or not) - if it's cancelled you will only get back face value of the tickets.

Statement about Rock & Blues Festival

If Rock & Blues been pulled, then think it's very strong chance that Bulldog Bash will be pulled, as that's where it all actually kicked off.
