Think you might need to up your offer.

This item is so RARE they just never seem to come up for sale.

I paid £100 for my copy way back around '96. long before EBAY took hold and
raised the price of everything through the roof.

Good luck with your search.

I know and I wouldn't normally pay silly money, I sort of pride myself on having got hold of the records I didn't have at a good price.

Take it you don't wanna sell your then?? HaHa

OK offer now up to £80 if anyones interested?

Dave

Sorry mate.

I dont think £500 would tempt me to part with my copy.

Would really like to know how many copies still exist though.

Anyone else out there who actually owns a copy as well?

I own a copy but I'm afraid won't part with it - my main soundsystem in the house is through decks, and I much prefer the sound of vinyl to CD so won't part even for silly money.

Ditto what's been said above really. Haven't seen a copy go for less than about £120 in recent times unfortunately :(

I also have a copy though I wouldn't sell either!
Only thing left to collect is Moodswings - although I haven't bought "the works" as yet!
I didn't know the vinyl was so sought after as I regularly see them on ebay (or so I thought - maybe I've been dreaming)

If I see one for sale I will post here and let you know

Not on about the doule gatefold version with sick of drugs etc..nope - not suprised it didnt sell for £70 if thats the one you're on about, its only worth about half that really.
The version thats wanted is a single disc, not double, and it's rare as rocking horse poo really

"Wildhearts, Fishing For More Luckies - October of 1995 saw the supposed release of this re-issue to the fan club only release of "Fishing For Luckies". At last minute, East West decided to cancel the release, but the CD appeared in some shops, particularly in stock clearouts around November 1996. Two other formats were made as 'review copies'; a vinyl review copy and a cassette review copy. These also sometimes appear on internet auction websites for collectors to purchase. Expect to pay reasonably large amounts for such items! The track listing is as follows: 1. Inglorious 2. If Life Is Like A Lovebank I Want An Overdraft 3. Schizophonic 4. Do The Channel Bop 5. Geordie In Wonderland 6. Sky Babies 7. Underkill 8. Saddened 9. I Wanna Go Where The People Go [Early Version] All the first six tracks appear on the original fan club only version, the track "Underkill" appears on the single "Sick Of Drugs" as a B-Side and the final version of "I Wanna Go.." appears on the album "P.H.U.Q.". This version of the track has alternative lyrics for the end of the first verse, alternative lyrics for the whole of the second verse and includes a different bridge and outro. Definitely one for the collector amongst us!!! The cover artwork also folds out giving a little insight into the band. Definitely one to hold on to!"

thats the one. Not the 96' official release on round records.

I think there may be as few as 200 of Fishing for More Luckies in circulation worldwide, so has to be the rarest Wildhearts UK release ever

Offer now up to £100 is anyone is interested?

I must be mad, a hundred squid for a vinyl....

I've had two of them in my collection, the first one was almost mint but not quite so I replaced it with a totally mint one. Sold the spare on eBay and it went for £150, that was a couple of years ago. Haven't seen one come up for sale since then...
