Nice review, but almost spoiled for me by them calling Super Furry Animals "awesomely irritating". That's pretty unforgivable.

thanks for the scan but a review from someone who calls the super furry animals irritating means nothing to me..this beebee chap clearly has no taste in music ('cept for the w.h.)
who the hell is tommy gleeson? is he in some lame ass kerrang flavor of the week type band or are they any good? i'm curious cos of the antiproduct connection.

He was the frontman for the Ga Ga's who had Toshi as their bassit so i dont think you could really call him a flavour of the week.
Did you just say "Pig Flute"?

I'm not agreeing with Battleship Chains being a highlight but it's different strokes for different folks i guess...

Tommy Gleeson is singer/guitarist in Slaves To Gravity (www.myspace.com/slavestogravity) and they are one of the best new bands around at the minute. I'd go as far as saying that they were the best gig i've seen so far this year...
and just last week as i was clearing shit from off my shelf...
