Because it fucking rocks. Is that a good enough reason?

i was hoping for a better description of their sound tbh lol!!! its just that i never seem to be able to get into a lot of bands that are compared to the Wildhearts, i don't know why. seems WH are one of the few of the genre i like.
IF THERE'S A SOUND YOU PLAY THAT DOESN'T FIT TODAY,
WHY NOT JUST PLAY THE BASTARD ANYWAY?!

well bam who plays drums on that album was a member of the 'hearts in the early days. he was a really powerful drummer especially on faster tracks like what's happening here and mr addiction. added to this you have the gravel voice of tyla, brilliant guitars and some great ballads. the dogs should be essential listening to anyone who likes the wildhearts or ginger.
why do i have to ignore you to get your attention?

I wouldnt say they were all that much like The Wildhearts.
For starters they do a lot more ballads.I'm struggling to say who they sound like but in places they're kinda New York Dolls/Hanoi Rocks. Then in others they sound kinda Faces like

Heres a video from that album..

For me it's one of the best albums they recorded and Whats Happening Here? is worth the fiver alone..and thats before you hear the title track and the tribute to Johhny Thunders called Johhny Silvers.,Pretty Pretty Once and Worlds Different now.

Well worth a fiver.

Oh and i just found a snippet of whats happening here..
