Saw them last night in Newcastle

Fuckin tremendous

Set list is mostly errr, that most famous album of theirs, I won't mention it in case it spoils the surprise for those that are yet to see them

Drummer wore an NUFC shirt, I expect there'll be a local shirt going on at each gig, bet they have to stitch together two halves of Celtic and Rangers at tonights gig in Glasgow!!

what happened at Manc Academy last night? Went to watch Steve Coogan at the Apollo (who was fantastic - don't believe the press) but as we were driving back down Oxford Road loads of police cars and vans outside the venue. Did the punks revolt?!?!

Well there was nothing at all out the ordinary that i saw. Left at the end of the set, went to the takeaway and back past the academy and saw nothing other than an ambulance round the back starting to drive off but no sign of any trouble at all.
Too many fucking bubbles man!

The only thing I saw even slightly dodgy was one guy grabed a passing girls arse and she flipped on him and was screaming at him. She was pretty pissed, but I don't think it would have gone that far.

How good were Goldblade supporting Rancid at Manchester?
I would have gone but I was at the Goldfrapp gig in Leeds the same night.

Well, was at the rancid gig last night...waas really good, apart from the fact that the venue wasn't anywhere near full, and the sound for the support acts was shite. Rancid themselves were great though
