The Sopranos...the last series...OPINIONS?
seeing as its now at an end i thought i would bring it up. I had watched the series about a month and a half ago thanks to a friend who downloaded the last set of episodes and was certainly fulfilled
the last episode, personally, was a great way to finish the show.very ambiguous and open to interpretation, a perfect way to end the show. I enjoyed seeing a more fragile Tony, the rise of Bobby Bacala in the family (although it was very rushed and could have been built more) and the eventual downfall of Christopher and Uncle Junior
i felt Robert Iler's portrayal of AJ was on the money. He played that kid you love to hate so well.the spolit, rich, disaffected teenager and depsite his breakdown he was a character you still couldnt garner much symapthy for in the show.
Gandolfini was just sublime the whole way through and i am really going to miss the character of Paulie Walnuts.
