how the hell do you order from PLAY.COM.? where is the add to you basket button? what do i click? am i blind? am i thick? am i blind and thick? all i want is to order this damn dvd! why make it so difficult

erm - you just click 'buy'!

On the Wildhearts item it is right at the side of the image of the DVD beow the price. You will then see it transfer to 'my shopping basket' at the top right of the screen. Click checkout and follow it through.

Thats it - quite easy normally!

Personally, I'm an Amazon gal (in the dot com sense - not that I'm 7ft tall, far from it in fact). Play took a-g-e-s to deliver and I'm one of those people that wants to hear the letter box rattle as soon as I click "buy".

ok... ok... i can see you all now in front of your screens shaking you heads but i'm telling you the BUY sign wasn't there. the only time i new where it was was when i put my pointy arrow in the vicinity and it turned into a pointy finger, or if i right clicked then selected ALL it appeared in black writing honest

Does everyone one on here think play are slow?
I always get my pre-orders the saturday before release on very rare occasions they arrive on the day of release, can't fault them (touch melamine).

They can be slow. I pre-ordered my Wildhearts DVD weeks and weeks ago. It turned up yesterday.

To be honest I personally don't mind that. HMV does seem to be the quickest at the moment (even coming from Jersey) but Amazon have been both quicker and slower than Play on different occasions.

Play are on Jersey too i believe, i think most of those internet warehouses are, it's a tax thing i think?
