I bring a most grevious case before the honourable board members:

It has been alleged that on this day, 24th of October the year of Our Lord 2008; Pudu did with foresight and intent

1. Spam this fine upstanding board,
2. Specifically, mentioning the words "Terrorvision" and "Tonight" more than is absolutely nescessary.

I put it you, ladies and gentlemen of the Jury that he should be found guilty and made to re-tune his radio from Rock FM to Radio 1 for the period of one week.

I rest my case.

Is one not allowed to be in a happy mood on this ere forum? I will construct my defence overnight cos I now have to get in my car to drive to see Terrorvision who are on tonight!!! Did you know I was going there Ilsa????

I think it's 3 people agreeing that Pudu is infact guilty. As Ean has already judged, can we close the trial and decide a punishment now?????

I find it completely unacceptable that I was trialed and sentenced without being present and unable to present my defence.

I wasn't even informed of the time and/or date of the court sitting and am preparing a formal complaint that I have informed my solicitor to prepare in triplicate and sent to all interested parties!
