Well i don't buy Kerrang any more but i do try and have a quick flick through it in the newsagents, what does everyone reckon of the main news in this weeks issue of Blink 182 and more importantly (for me at least) that Faith No More are reforming?? I think it's brilliant news myself, especially as i didn't get to see them when they were together.

album of the year is a decent album, not a patch on king for a day mind, fnm's finest hour imo

Angel Dust is amazing. "I'll just tell 'em what my daddy told me, you ain't ever gonna amount to nothin'".

I think Kindergarten has to be one of their most under rated songs ever, the Gentle Art of Making Enemies is the other along with Take this Bottle

Probably jumping the gun, but how about dream set list people?
From out of nowhere
Caffeine
Land of Sunshine
R'nR
Pillz for breakfast
Falling to Pieces
Mouth to Mouth
Faster Disco
Annes song (Never played live with Mike)
Chinese Arithmetic
Zombie Eaters
We Care A Lot

King for a day
The Cowboy song
Jizzlobber
Epic
That is one of the hardest things I've ever done
***Incidentally, if anyone is not familliar with any bootlegs, PM me and I can send you some stuff off 'It's Showtime!' Angel Dust era, arguably thier best live work...and fantastic setlist...***

that is SPOT ON mate! there's something really spooky about Kindergarten, it's easily one of the most atmospheric songs they've ever done. and those other two are great to sing along to.
i think "mouth to mouth" is very underrated too. simply because of how batshit-insane it sounds. "BAAAAAAAAAA-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
dream setlist then...
From Out of Nowhere
Land of Sunshine
Surprise! You're Dead!
The Cowboy Song
As the Worm Turns
Falling to Pieces
Gentle Art of Making Enemies
Evidence
Easy
Mouth to Mouth
Take This Bottle
Midlife Crisis
RV
Star A.D.
Ashes to Ashes
Kindergarten
Stripsearch
Jizzlobber
Epic
Everything's Ruined
What a Day
Be Agressive
Underwater Love
Just a Man
probably a bit long... but fuck it, i'd be happy whatever they play!!!

Don't wanna piss on the bonfire here, but this has been rumoured since January this year when Mike patton did an interview with aother mag and said that they had 'unfinished business' - kerrang are just guessing really, no-one from the band has actually said they're gonna do it as yet - however, I really hope that they do - they were one of my favourite live bands to watch

Would love it if FNM did get back together, just can't see it happening though. If I'm wrong (and I really hope I am), would Jim Martin be in the line-up? and are there not rumours of UK venues already booked for shows in the spring of next year?
As for 'Album Of The Year', well, it had moments of genius. Did anyone hear the Rammstein remix of 'Last Cup Of Sorrow'? Outstanding!

stripsearch is definitely one of their best. i think album of the year is their worst patton-era album (still better than the stuff that that chuck fella spoiled), but it's a bit of a grower.

Oh they'd have to have 'Crab Song' in there for me too. Good call on Everything's Ruined, the video is fantastic.
