I feel a Bill Hicks coming on...
"If you do an advert then you are off the artistic register forever." and there it is.

iirc the only artist Bill absolved from this judgement was Willie Nelson on the grounds of his paying off millions in back taxes. So unless Iggy's been in trouble with the IRS that I haven't heard about then that's a stone-cold conviction under Hicks' Law.

that was my first thought upon seeing that advert too. i'm not a huge iggy fan anyway, but he's gone down in my estimation after this.
