I wanted to plug the Scaramanga Six in general - but especially this gig (as I'm putting it on  )

Wildes fans may already know bass player Steve (ex bassist for Eureka Machines) - this is his 'real' band.
Cardiacs fans might know them too.
they are gigging to support their new album 'Songs Of Prey'

anyone who hasn't heard them, check out

Heres a facebook link for the gig - for anyone who likes that kind of thing

I also heartily endorse this gig - the new songs are sounding great live, they just seem to get better and better. I'm going to go see them the next 2 Saturdays in a row, just cos I can.

The album comes out on Monday - get it while it's hot.

Anyone who hasn't heard this band really should. That's all I can say.

Well, that and I'll see them in Bristol on May 7th.

Brilliant in Bristol too. And the new album, which I got on the day of the gig, is excellent.
