Bought 2 tickets for my sis for Oasis at sunderland (bought them in in December).

See tickets contact me today and say they oversold standing allocation and now are sending seating tickets.

The only compensation they will offer is full refund or keep tickets and they will refund booking fee and postage.

Shower of shite.

Tried everything, they not interested. i said they shud give the tickets for nowt seen as they fucked up the whole episode.

Anyhoo, alls well that ends well, someone wants to swap seat tix for standing (bizzarely!!!).

seetickets will now be a last resort.

Ahhh the old 'it was for my sister / friend' routine.... tho that does suck. This sort of thing should be made illegal. You could have looked elsewhere if you'd known at the time they only had seating tix. They took yer money and ran.

You'd think at the very least they could offer you credit on another gig or some sort of compensation.
