...and supported by a better band for their two German shows the following week.
For some reason I've never paid a whole lot of attention to Buckcherry, but I'm not about to start with this tour as I'll be off to Sonisphere the day they play locally.

Don't think much to Buckcherry, but Dear Superstar were great when they opened for Ginger/Laika Dog in Nottingham on the last tour...check them out.

15 is a quality album, not a bad track on it in my opinion.
My ticket for Newcastle is bought, paid for and arrived at the weekend.
According to the tour advert on their myspace, there are 4 bands on the bill for the tour, with Heaven's Basement and The Crave appearing alongside Dear Superstar and the headliners
It's in Academy 2 in Newcastle Col, so I expect the room to be quite rammed if you're thinking about going

Tickets for the Glasgow date are all bought and paid for, as is the hotel room... so that means I can actually go to a gig and have a beer for once.
And go to the Cathouse afterwards....
The day after is going to suck so much.

Buckcherry one of my favorite American hard rock bands. To my ears, no dull albums.......some a little too much AC/DC style but that's not a bad thing eh?

Actually, I thought 'Black Butterfly' was pretty dull. I thought there were some really strong songs on all their previous albums but I thought the last one was weak with not one memorable song.
Great live band though!

They're now playing the Sunday of Sonisphere, so I'll probably give them a look and see what I think.

I can't disagree with that.
Heaven's Basement were decent too - not too keen on Crave or Dear Superstar.

Went to Sheffield gig, BC were awesome as ever, Heaven's Basement really impressed too, got a really good reception. Lead guitarist looks about 6, makes you sick.
Missed The Crave due to ridiculously early start time (7.05), not that impressed by Dear Superstar.

Went to Leeds Cockpit, didn't see the Crave because of the stupid start time.
Heavens Basement get better every time you see them, got a great reception from the crowd.
Dear Superstar was very dull, shouldn't be the main support.
Buckcherry were off course fantastic.
If anyones going to Nott Rock City, it's a very early show, doors at 5.30pm.

6:30 doors on the ticket, 10 to 7 when they opened them last night at Newcastle
Short sets for all 3 support bands, around the 30 minute mark for all.
Enjoyes The Crave and Heaven's Basement, not so struck on Dear Superstar, but not bad.
Buckcherry were good, but I wouldn't have said great, I was right at the front though, so the sound was a little different to what I'm used to.
And 75 minutes wasn't the longest of sets either.
Can't believe they were going to put it on in Academy 2 as well, it was quite full in the main room.
