Shepherds Bush question?

Going to the shepherds bush o2 empire on wednesday to see Social Distortion and was wondering as alot of you have been before if they are strict on digital cameras? I'm hoping to be right down the front and don't wanna have to worry about the security blokes taking it off me.

Cheers

nah, didn't have any problem. Unless it's a really big camera I don't think they have a problem, if it's just a little compact one it should be fine. I'd keep in in a pocket or something out of view until you're in though.

You can take cameras into to most gig venues aslong as they're not proffesional ones or ones that have changeable lenses. If you have those you need to get a photo pass which are as rare as rock horse shit unless of course you're Trudi or Isla in which case you're just jammy.

Cheeky b'stard!
Have never yet got a pass for anything at Shepherd's Bush... I ain't *that* jammy! :P

But yeah, the changeable lenses thing is a good rule of thumb - I've seen loads of compact cameras front row at SBE with security not batting an eyelid, you should be OK.
