I think if Ginger could show anything like that energy and enthusiasm to entertain at 61 we'd all be applauding him and sympathising with any injuries he got in the process, however he'd managed it, as I suspect you probably would too. Meanwhile, the people who deride Ginger as an obnoxious no-talent over-the-hill rock prick (of whom there are already quite a few) would show zero sympathy for, maybe even celebrate his injuries and say 'serves the twat right', a view which you would presumably condemn.
I think Tyler's one of rock's true natural frontmen and find his stage moves very entertaining. I don't think they're contrived, I think they're a natural expression of his exuberance and athleticism. From what I've heard, the guy was apparently trying his best to entertain the crowd during technical hitches that had killed the sound. I mean, what a cunt, eh?
