Hi all,
I'm a big wildies/ginger/sg5 whatever fan, as i guess are most people here
Anyway, at the mo i'm trying to find some new music to listen to, preferably wildhearts-esq rock and just wondered if anyone had inspired or interesting suggestions.
Something along the lines of these kinda bands:
Backyard babies
Gluecifer
AC/DC
Buckcherry
Supersuckers
Hellacopters
Tokyo dragons
Therapy?
Gliteratti
etc etc....
Any good recommendations?
Cheers

Silver Sun, especially if you like the poppier side of the band. And Tokyo Adventures, on that note - you'd have to order their stuff direct from the label - do a Google search.
And Bracket - definitely their Requiem album, which is their most recent and the only one I've got so far.
And the Grand Theft Audio album.
Getting into Wildhearts-related music is a bottomless pit for the wallet.

Cheers chaps,
Don't really have much of a wallet atm so have been erm using other means to get hold of stuff *cough*, suprising how hard it is to get hold of silversun

Used to have a copy of their first album but lent it to someone years ago and ain't seen it since.
few bands there i've not heard of tho - American heartbreak, Tsar, jackviper, bracket etc. Will try to try em all out

Try MySpace for bands, you'll find loads of great music on there.

Easier than you think. Third album "Disappear Here" is available from just about anywhere, and the first two can be gotten relatively cheaply second hand on Amazon.
The fourth album, meanwhile, is only available from HMV Japan at present, but that should change soon...

I was talking about getting hold of it free...which i've actually just managed. And it's just as good and catchy as i remember
Ps. I'm really poor atm sadly so buying cds is out of the question

I would normally actually support artists...and have always managed to scrape enoughtogether to buy anything ginger releases
