that's a highlight from a fuckin' awesome album!!! i was a bit gutted that they didn't play "human torch" though (speedo even mentions in the liner notes that it was on the setlist and they skipped it), and that the 20-odd minute rendition of "glazed" wasn't on the CD, but still, it's a hell of a send-off!

Seconded my man :D
An yea, why the hell leave Jumper K Balls, Killy Kill, Pushed, On A Rope, My Arrow's Aim, You Gotta Move AND Glazed off the CD!? Thats practically a mini gratest hits set in itself. Saying that, they did play one of my all time favs Hairball Alley which, as Speedo says, they never play and only did that night because some guy gave him $20 and requested it :D
Thinking about it, they could never have played a perfect set unless the live album was a quadroople CD boxset with about 150 tracks on it  I tink they got pretty close to perfection but only one track from RFTC?! I know its not the best album ever but where was Panic Scam and the classic Break It Up :?: Oh well...
Anyhoose...I NEED Paint As A Fragrance!!! Thats the album btw and not a new beauty regime...
Interviewer - "So whats the secret of your longevity?"
Ginger - "Splitting up!"

"Bernard, its hot in the worm."

"School aint shit, I read it in a book"

yeah, i was kinda dissapointed at the lack of RFTC stuff. i mean "run kid run" and "panic scam" are easily two of their best songs. but i suppose this is always gonna happen with any live album, you can never please everyone lol!

you can get paint as a fragrance off amazon (probably used, but they tend to be usually good condition) for about a fiver. i bought it last month after having had a copy i made from my uncle's CD for about a year! not their best album, but still awesome all the same.

and the on the subject of the thread, it's occured to me today how amazing "as you were" by the alkaline trio is. just picked up the goddamnit reissue, and unlike most reissues, i don't feel like i've been ripped off for having the original too!
