Nita nitro. Life just wouldn't be the same without this band.

Should I go should I stay should I have another try?

The "no encore" thing is about giving you the best value....not wasting time with the ritual,.

No complaints here, so good to hear 'nothin ever changes', 'just in lust' and 'getting it'

I seriously reckon a PHUQ gig is in order. Would love to hear the b sides, especially 'friend for 5 minutes' , 'mindslide' , 'firedup' and 'hate the world day' (ok so not strictly all PHUQ b-sides).

Just back from Glasgow.

Brilliant gig with a smaller than expected crowd.By the time the Wildhearts were on i'd say it was over half full.

I missed Tragedy but A were really good.

Wildhearts set list was fantastic and we got 2 extra songs that Sheffield didn't(Top of the World and Nita Nitro).Crowd really seemed to be into it and in most of the songs you could hear them above the band.Lots of people getting thrown about and it was bedlam when Nothing Ever Changes got going.

As i said brilliant.

As for the fighting..there was a fight downstairs as well as in the hall.Barras is now getting a bit of a reputation for this as apparently some of the local east end pondlife have started turning up just to cause trouble. Not many..maybe only 3 folk but thats all it takes.A guy i was talking to on another forum said there was a line of police vans outside after a gig after a girl was headbutted by one guy.

Gutted I never met you, we went to Bamboo club night where the DJ played Dangerlust and followed it up with Trigger inside. I don't remember much after that - I took a bit too much advantage of the £1 Vodka & cokes...

Excellent gig, was a bit surprised when we walked in and it was heaving like it usually is a barras gigs but was a good loud crowd nonetheless. ONce the lights went down and i was pretty near the stage it didnt matter, meant you could get served at the bar quicker too haha!!!

....and one good thing about this gig is that i can REMEMBER all of it!!!!

(no point in giving a review as firedup has pretty much covered everything)
