Best bit about Testament for me was the intro tape

Sound for Megadeth wasn't all that great either, could hardly hear Mustaine sing, and even when he spoke tro the audience (much more than the other 4 times I've seen them by the way!!!) it was like we all had to be quiet so we could hear him
His guitar sound was shite too, you hardly heard it when it was up at the stock, but sounded fabulous when he went down the neck, the solo on In My Darkest Hour was absolutely brilliant, exactly as the album.

If I had to rate it out of 10, I'd have to say it was a 6 at best.

Now Metallica coming up on tuesday, the just absolutely WILL NOT fuck up on the sound issue

Shite man Steve! It's in the frigging arena. No one ever sounds good in there!

I stood at the bar at the back during the Megadeth gig due to busted ankle, and it sounded OK from back there.

Mind I'm not speaking to you cos you never said hello..... Bastard......

I thought the broken ankle would have prevented your attendance, it was only when Jeff say me at the end and said you were at the back that I knew you were there.

Was having to dash for the bus though, so I never made up there to speak to you.

And yes, you're right, thinking about it, nobody sounds good in the arena, only the acts that mime!!!!

I was at the arena last night for Metallica and the sound was fine to me.
