London gig (& hi there!)

Hi guys.
I just wanted to say hello to the lot of you. Been
lurking about for a couple of weeks now and all this anticipation
about the new album etc. got the better of me so...

Been a fan since ´95 and a listee as well, though I gotta admit the mailing list
turned kinda shit a couple of years ago so I stopped posting there. Are there
any old-schoolers around? (Someone remember this?

Anyway, I wanted to ask who will be at the London gig 29th of April?

A friend and myself decided to fly over and finally catch the band again. He´s never seen ´em,
I´ve only seen em once. Yeah, I know, 12 years of being a fan and the only gig was a 40 minute support
slot to the Darkness. I tell you, it´s not easy being a Ginger fan living in Austria.

So anyone going? Fancy a pre-show pint? Would be great to meet some of you...

Welcome (and welcome back). There's a bunch of us Listees here on and off, and the LiST's still limping along with a few of us die-hards.

I'll be there with me mate (and lots of Listees too I'd have thought), and as it's a sunday, I'd imagine there'll be a fair amount of pre-gig drinkys happening, check in a bit nearer and there might be some more concrete plans.

hehehe... someone on the ex-original-former-mailing list had the idea for a
signature that kinda described the idividual posters "fandom", know what I mean?
I myself don´t know what some of these are supposed to stand for.
Something along the lines of:
home/age/gender/year you got into the WH/?/?/fave album/fave song/fave member/how dya rate EN/?/other fave band

I dunno why but it´s still my sig on one of my hotmail accounts.

It´s gonna be ace meeting up with some fellow Wildies again. Simply because
there aren´t any in Vienna
Last time I met some of the guys on the list was 5 years ago in Down-Under. Rich (Jones)
hooked me up with some tix, as he was touring Australia with Amen. Great bloke. And then
I spent 10 days getting on Damos nerves in Adelaide... great times. Anybody know what happened to Damo???

Yeah, I'd pretty much figured it out except for the numbers, unless one of 'em is 'How many times have you seen 'em' or something like that. I fancy adding it to my sig line if someone can help fill in the gaps, perhaps we can resurrect it here?

The fave member one is weird, on one level I guess most people would say Ginger, being as he is the reason the WHs exist, but then also you really don't wanna say him do you...and Rich looks so damn effortlessly cool when pounding the crap out of the drums

Sooooooo excited about the new album/single/gigs/every damn thing about this summer!!!!!
