Where's everybody gonna be drinking before the gig????

Personally, I think I'll be going to the Adelphi, no doubt, plenty of you will be turning up at Trillians!!!!

Due to being born and bred in the geographic location of Sunderland, my pre gig drinking will be at The Stadium of Light watching Sunderland more than likely lose to Blackburn.

At least the gig should brighten up my day!

I think thats a given Stu, yep
Bellamy to score perchance??????

I think Bally's bruisers are just waiting for Easter Monday before they start playing football again, tis the only thing you've got left to cling to this season, beating Newcastle!!!

It's cert Bellamy will score.

I reckon the smart money is on a 1-0 win on Easter Monday, and Stead to score.....

I'll make a killing! :)

You'll get a great price!!!!

I'm thinking about putting a tenner on Stead failing to score all season!!!!!!!

We're still unbeaten at the dark place Stu, so I expect the record to continue!!!

is Trillians open in the afternoon? - or any pubs nearish Legends wich have a rock jukebox, or any decent rock pubs?
I'll be coming up from SE London & meeting some mates from Devon & Manchester in the 'Toon - so we'll go with the flow. Trillians sounds good tho.

Dunno bout that. I once ordered "a bottle of broon" in Trillians in an attempt not to sound like a southerner. The response from the barmaid was "do you mean a bottle of Newcastle brown ale". My response was simply to look sheepish and say yes please!

in the days when i had a liver, i once asked a barmaid in trillians fer a "derg" an' got this blank look.....if they WILL insist on hirin' students frum outta the area....sheesh...

dunno if i'll be pubbin' it beforehand, as i'm due to start quite a fierce new chemo on march 31st so i hafta be careful not to overdo it; otherwise i get me legs slapped by the doc...we'll probly spend our pre-gig time goin' round & round tryna find parkin' as close to legends as i can get me weary auld arse...

what does everyone look like? i'll be the skinny bird in the full-length afghan coat lookin' cold indoors in the middle of the gig; accompanied by my ex b/f the lovely christopher, who has a distinctly identifiable "scalplock" hairdo (*I* did that!! 8) ) ; an' ji-i-i-i-ist possibly the even more identifiable 6ft blonde, cowboy-hat-wearin' reverend kitty kowalski....no bonus points fer spottin' US three, then...

if i don't settle meself down i shall be worn out frum the pre-gig heebie-jeebies before i get there!
lurve,
