You can upload it to something like Photobucket or Imageshack (or your personal webspace, if you have it), then using the following BBCode, put the URL of your photo between the tags (Photobucket will provide IMG code automatically - just click the link under the photo to copy it into your clipboard):-

For example, mine was :-

If you use your own webspace, make sure you don't delete anything you post else it will disappear from the board as the files aren't stored on this system.

Thanks Ean. I'm not really in the digital multimedia age so dont use tools like photobucket or imageshack. Oh well......I think there is a photo with me in it taken at a bar prior to the '06 xmas bash at Wolvo (the four terrors in the RJP T shirts). It's here somewhere.
