Does anyone else think it would be worth dropping the music hacks an email about it?

Honestly, I doubt there's anything at all to what happened between Ginger and Scott, besides a simple and honest mistake. Scott laughed about it as he got up. I'm pretty sure Ginger even gave him a hand up. To Ginger, Scott jokingly ssid something to the effect of, "remember this Ginger? Remember when we talked about this? I was right, you broke my nose". I don't know the story behind it, but Scott was apparently amused by the whole thing.

If there's a story, it would be what happened between Ginger and the tech.

Yeah, I was right there when it happened and it was a total accident. You could tell Ginger felt like shit for it. But hey, everything else that happened was awesome! The shows were mind blowing and it was so cool to meet all of you guys on the board. Ginger was as happy as I have ever seen him on the boat gig. He told some story about a town in the U.K. that is called Jersey where all the people are 3 feet tall.....remember? Mike Wade, finish the story please . Geordie, Mike called you when they were playing T.V. TAN in front of the Statue Of Liberty. And to you Count, what was that last shot we did in that last bar that I dont remember???

What a fuckin' amazing t-shirt!! :D

It's got my 2 favourite things on it, the Wildhearts and GODZILLA!!

They had better be available on the UK tour. Or on the Wildhearts shop site, which could surely do with some more merch on it.

Heh! I like that image. The Wildhearts on a boat playing TV Tan in front of the Statue of Liberty.

It's like some strange juxtaposition that happens in a dream.

Hi guys,

Just got back from New York. What an amazing time we all had. The girlfriends are now official fans of the band so there will be two more coming along to the Wolves gig in December.

Crazy to meet so many fellow Englishmen there so a big hi to all... Abi, Izzy, Pete, Matt, Chris, Mike and several others I am forgetting names of!!

I'll try and get some photos up from both gigs soon.

Awesome!!

Cheers

Lee and the gang from Brum

I'm pretty sure the guy you are thining of is Matt. Top bloke! Carol, Steve, and Calvin all rock too. I was just at their site, www.captainmildred.com. They play mostly covers, and wow, what a nice setlist!

I can't stress enough how awesome it was to finally meet everyone, even though it was a small cross-section of the fans I know from the board and mailing list. Amanda and I will make it to the UK one of these years to visit her dad, and we'll make sure that it coincides with a Wildhearts tour!

Hi mate - yeah, that was me (Matt).

Was a pleasure to meet y'all. And Lordie, don't forget you're coming to a Mildred gig when you're here too (not to mention the fact we're your wedding band :D )
