something cool i found out today...

i found out today that the studio technician for my lecture/studio building at uni, richard evatt, was the assistant producer/engineer on Geordie in Wonderland (the live album, not the song)!!!

the guy is a proper legend, he's always helping out all us music tech students; when i got talking to him today, i was asking what work he'd done outside of the uni, and he reeled off a few bands. when he mentioned the wildhearts my jaw pretty much hit the floor.

since he pretty much teaches us all the practical stuff to do with producing, i'm thinking me and the others on my course are in pretty safe hands!

WHY NOT JUST PLAY THE BASTARD ANYWAY?!

It wasn't the best recorded live album though, the DVD was far superior.
