It's possible, but you might not want to bet the house on it. I think we have a unique situation with the Pittsburgh show. It's like the stars have aligned to make this possible:
1. Ginger spontaneously decided to stay in New York for a while.
2. Jake (The coolest guy ever!) from Rocks Off got Ginger a show at the Knitting Factory.
3. We already had a bit of acquaintance with Ginger---Spahr (of Brave New World Records in Pittsburgh) and I both met Ginger helping at the Gearhead Records SXSW showcase in 2004. Plus, Spahr set up a 24-hours-notice Wildhearts fill-in show when the Darkness canceled their Pittsburgh date back in 2004.
4. I was lucky enough to be able to squeeze 13 hours of driving into a Thursday to get to and from the Knitting Factory, at which show I took a chance and asked Ginger if he wanted to play another show. And he said YES!
5. Joel at the 31st Street Pub here in Pittsburgh is the greatest! He'll do whatever he can to support the ROCK!
6. Brave New World Records has been importing (and recommending) Wildhearts and Ginger records to Pittsburgh fans for the last ten years, so we have a sizable dedicated fan base to allow us to reasonably be able to finance a one-off show, without having to pay too much out-of-pocket.
I think it is possible for Ginger to play more shows in the US, but it's not that easy to align the stars.
I say, never miss a chance that fate brings you to see a live performer that you love. Life's too short!

PS Let me know if you decide to come down. I can give you Pittsburgh pointers, should you desire it.
