Me and Dave will be in The Howard in Sheffield tonight (6:30) for those of you going to the GDW/Cardiacs gig.

Have a great time - the shows so far have been amazing. Was hoping to go to the Cardiff one but can't make it now, although I saw the Bristol and London gigs last week.

At both shows I saw, The God Damn Whores had to come on very early (7.30ish) so make sure you're there in time...

Cheers - if you hadn't said that we'd no doubt have ended up missing them cos we'd still be in the pub eyeing up the barmaids.....

Any new material aired?? If so, any comments?

Got home and decided that it'd be a really good idea to do some cooking. One bleeping smoke alarm later, I apparently went on Myspace and sent a couple of random and slightly bizarre messages to various people. Then this morning I slept through my alarm and ended up being late for work.

I blame Random. This never happens when I go to Kenny Rogers gigs....

Some good pics! Did we both get one with Random, or did I dream that?

Oh well, at least I'm not the only one that thought that!!

This morning never seemed to end. Had to nip out on me dinner for a couple of emergency pints, then had to try to stay awake through an hour and half long presentation about pensions. Which was fun.

No new material, but they play "Silvery" (a track Jon wrote for Cardiacs that they haven't recorded to date) and "Apathy Taskforce" which was on the Japanese edition of the album. And you get a demo CD with both of these tracks if you buy any GDW merch at the gigs.

As you probably know by now!

T-shirts with Random's face on that looked suspiciously similar to the ones Geordierussell made for some of us lucky punters :D
