just going to repeat with everyone and say it was the best i've ever seen the wildies play and i thought the setlist list was perfect. as gud as songs like "shitsville, everlone, love you 'till i don't" and the rest of the regular setlist are i really didn't miss them. you can prob hear a song live TOO many times.

its a shame now that just as they are at their peak that its coming to an end what with gingers solo album and tour just around the corner but hopefully they wont keep us waiting to long. i defo want more of that

Agree with everything previously said (apart from Wolfsbane been good),possibly the best Wildhearts gig I've ever seen even though I had to leave half way through OCD as Mrs Santiago was dying from "woman flu"
The only negative comment I can make is still no 'Sweetest Song'.And that's not even important!
I hope to fuck the band can maintain this current momentum as they could finally achieve the level of greatness that has been so obviously waiting to happen for many years.

Right,i'm gonna stick my neck out and say it,Wolfsbane were fucking shite!! :D

Wolfsbane have ALWAYS been shite. It amazes me why people like crap like them & Terrorvision.

Anyway, anyone have the full setlist?

How can you put Wolfsbane and Terrorvision in the same boat? Trad metal band versus Britrock Pop band? Granted, they both have their fair share of cheese quota, but they're TOTALLY different styles and Terrorvision in their day were FAR bigger than Wolfsbane.

Personally IMHO it boils down to this... in a Pulp Fiction stylee... 'you're either a Maiden man, or a Guns N' Roses man' - I fall into the GN'R bracket and thus Wolfsbane did nothing for me. However, I will say they were great musicians, Blaze can still sing and he gets a 10 for effort for getting the crowd into it (although I'm not sure the level of abuse he threw at those not getting into it was appropriate. Funny shit though!).

So - sorry - that's all totally off topic. I second the vote for a Manchester setlist - PLEASE!!!

Manchester setlist? Erm.. the same as the others, but we got She's All That rather than Zomboid. And a medley thing instead of Rooting for the Bad Guy. I think.

Wolfsbane were brilliant. I respect any band that's a cross between Tenacious D and Spinal Tap. :D

I'm glad someone else said that! They reminded me of tenacious D too...only Tenacious D are better :P

You're entitled to your opinion. I'm sure there are lots of people who gave both bands a good reception at Manchester and Scarborough respectivley would disagree, myself (and, one would expect, Ginger) included.

Maybe I'm just getting old but there are less and less bands that I brand 'shit' nowadays, I just appreciate their talent and accept they may not be to my tastes.
