You'd have thought...

I've got the second one, but it's on a tie-dye. I'm not sure how 'official' it actually is?

Im pretty sure the tiedye one is official as I seem to recall seeing them at the merch stand at the town and country club in leeds back in 95....

How the hell do i remember that when it was over ten years ago and I cant even remember whether I made my bed or not before I left the country.

I'm pretty sure the first one's official, but I'm not sure about the second one.

A good few years ago now I went on a good old fashioned night out with some friends and awoke the next morning a) skint b) with a taste for Lucky Strike and c) wearing a turquois XXL Fishing For Luckies tie dye monstrosity.

To this day I have no idea where it came from, but I hope to God I didn't pay for it.

Yegods, £13 for that monstrosity? It's awful.

The FFL one isn't official, because I remember buying one of those after a gig for a fiver or so..

The biggest give-away is the font is wrong for the wildhearts on the FFL one.

I can remember paying a fortune for an embrodied 'p.h.u.q.' version of the tye dye. When I got it home I discovered it had bad staple holes in it where it must have been hung on the merchandise stand. So I actually found out who the merchandise people where at the time (i.e. the firm who sold the t-shirts on the WH behalf) and called them, they actually sent me the printed version and a 'trial' version of a t-shirt that was never released, once I sent the old one back. How nice was that... so I probably have a unique WH one that nobody else has!! Should get round to flogging it on ebay.

Nice work from the t-shirt people though... that's good customer service!

Is now a good time to ahre with you the fact that I won the bidding on one of the FFL shirts?

Got it for £9.00, the last one went for £14.00.

The shirt print smells a bit foisty/musty. It doesn't wash out either. Haven't worn it since I found out it wasn't official. Gutted a bit really.
