Optimistically, I'd imagine a balls-up in the pressing plant meant that, for whatever reason, the CD didn't get printed on.
Realistically, either the CD got lost or damaged and a copy of the two tracks was knocked off to replace it.
Seems odd that Steel Wheels didn't check out the inside of the case before they put it up for sale though?
Nah it isnt a cheap CD-R it looks the same as a record company CD acetate which is why I am still not sure about it.....it looks too good to be just a knock off.
Steel-Wheels is normally brilliant so who knows it could be an early promo/acetate of the CD or something similar.
