Chippy chips are the real deal (if done right)

Chinese chips are a poor substitute (althrough acceptable after 5 pints :lol: )

They don't - chip shop chips are much superior. My local chippie (Ocean Blue) does the best chips ever!!

My Dad and step-Mum still have a lard chip pan and make "proper" chips from potatoes. Never, ever frozen. My step Mum bakes her own bread and they always use butter, not marg.

God, they make a mean chip butty!!!

I used to go school with a guy called Steven Peacock. But, he was known as Drew at school (as in Drew Peacock). Which obviously, was quite shit for him - kids can be so cruel......... :twisted:

We torchered one guy at school for years with the knickname Biscuit all because someone threw a biscuit and it hit his head. He even got his Mum to come in to stop it. I had to live with Lobby Gobbler because I was from Leigh, but the teachers thought it was dow to other skills.
