Well, must say Fear factory was F'kin ace!!!, was unsure whether to go on the day, cos I was feelin a bit ropey, but I'm glad I did.
Strangest encore I ever saw, only Burton came back out and did this almost spoken track with some keyboard type Jean Michele Jarre shite to back it, then he fukked off and that was it!!!!
He also told us about last time they played Newcastel (2001), and I found out that one of the support bands that night was Strapping Young Lad!!!!!!, all this time, and I didn't know that I'd seen Mr Townsend for the first time!!!!
Did I really say that I was thinking about Hyde Park, screw that, FF and Motorhead are two of my favourite bands, but I ain't that desperate, and Motorhead are doing Newcastle City Hall in November.
Anyway, I'm hoping Kitty can get this G&TSC gig in New York off the ground, cos I fancy that over anything else right now, that'll be way better than any Hyde Park gig
Going to check Pollstar now to see who's coming to Newcastle soon!!!
